Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Courtside is a sports-academy management platform operated by Treline Co ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Courtside (the "Service") at treline.co and any related apps (Rosters, Academy, Matchboard).

2. Who this applies to

Courtside is built for organizations — sports clubs, academies, and federations ("Organizations") — and the staff, coaches, parents, and players they invite. If you create an account on behalf of an Organization, you confirm you're authorized to bind that Organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Organization owners/admins control who has access to their Organization's data inside Courtside, and can add or remove staff, coaches, and other users at their discretion.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Courtside is offered on paid subscription plans, billed through Stripe. Some plans may include a free tier. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, per your selected plan) and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use Courtside for any unlawful purpose or to store data you don't have the right to store (e.g. player/coach data without appropriate consent); attempt to breach, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service; resell or provide access to the Service to anyone outside your Organization without our written consent; upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other Organizations' data.

6. Your content and data

You (and your Organization) retain ownership of the data you put into Courtside — team rosters, player and coach information, schedules, and similar content ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You're responsible for having the right to enter any personal data (including player and coach information) into Courtside, and for meeting any consent or notice obligations that apply to you under applicable law — including where players are minors and a parent or guardian's consent may be required.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Courtside available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and features may change as the product evolves.

8. Termination

You may stop using Courtside and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, we'll retain or delete Your Data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Disclaimers & liability

Courtside is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treline Co's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it (e.g. for gross negligence or willful misconduct, depending on jurisdiction).

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes (e.g. by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continuing to use Courtside after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
